A 65-storey Condo Tower could be coming to the1 Bloor East Condo site under a new plan proposed by the new owners.

Their new plan has a Luxury Condo tower with 687 units atop a two-storey, 104,000-square foot retail podium. Evidently a Luxury Hotel is no longer included in the new plans.

The new owners hope to begin pre-selling these Condominiums within the next 60 days.

This corner pictured above, is on the Southeast corner of Bloor and Yonge Streets, a very important Toronto intersection. 

The original plan for 1 Bloor East was much-hyped and the sold-out project saw the original purchasers paying $400,000 to $1-million that was eventually returned to them from the developer who eventually lost financing for his project.
