Downtown Toronto Condos sold in November 2009, in the C01 Real Estate district increased 23.5 per cent from November 2008.

The average resale Toronto Condo price (C01)was $391,937 and the number of MlS listings in downtown Toronto, (C01), was 274 sales up from only 110 sales from November 2008.

One other downtown Toronto Condo market we follow, C08, was up 20.7 per cent from the same month a year ago to an average price of $369,841.

We do have clients that are still waiting for the Condominium prices to go down however in these popular Toronto Real Estate central districts, Condos have increased double digits in price, since the lows of November 2008.
