Toronto downtown Real Estate districts have seen Condos increase in sales and price from a year ago. The average resale downtown Toronto Condo price in (C01) was $391,937 an increase of 23,5 per cent from November, 2008.

Another popular Toronto downtown Condo district (C08) saw the average resale Condominium price of $369,841 an increase of 20.7 per cent.
